Before you book
Do I pay the full price online?
No. You pay a small reservation fee to secure the slot, and settle the rest directly with the studio when the work is done.
What if the studio cancels?
Your reservation fee is refunded automatically and you can rebook with another studio straight away.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — cancel from your account at any time. Since the fee is what holds your slot, message the studio directly if you need to move the appointment or ask about the fee; most are happy to reschedule.
Are the studios actually vetted?
Every studio is reviewed and approved before it can appear here, and it only stays listed while its subscription and standards hold up. Ratings come from customers who actually completed a booking.
Can they come to me?
Many studios offer mobile detailing at your home or office. Those services are marked "Mobile" — some add a small travel fee, always shown before you confirm.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Studios marked "Available today" accept same-day work; the rest show their live calendar so you can pick the first slot that suits you. Same-day priority slots may cost a little more, and the price is shown upfront.
Why do prices show a range?
Bigger or dirtier vehicles take longer, so studios quote a range — a compact hatchback sits at the lower end, a large SUV at the upper. You will see the exact price for your car before you pay anything.
Do I need an account to book?
You can book as a guest with just your contact details. Creating an account keeps your booking history, vehicles and any loyalty points a studio awards you in one place.
