Delete your account
In the app, open Account, choose Delete account and confirm. On the website, open your account settings and choose Delete my account.
No access to your account?
You can still ask us to delete it, without reinstalling the app or signing in. Write from an email address linked to your account, or give the phone number used for a guest booking. We may ask for enough detail to find the record and confirm the request. Never send us your password or identity documents.

What happens to your data
We delete or anonymise your account and the personal data linked to it. Some booking, payment and invoice records must be kept for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long. We answer deletion requests within one month.
