How reviews work on detailmasters

How a client reviews your studio
Leaving a review requires a client account. There are no anonymous reviews, and one studio cannot review another.
Reviews run from 1 to 5 stars, with a comment of up to 1000 characters. They can be left in two places:
- In the client's dashboard, from the booking. Tied to that booking.
- On the form on your public page. Not tied to any booking.
Each client has one review per studio. Reviewing again replaces the one they had.
How your studio is protected
Four rules limit what can happen:
- A review that names a booking has to be your booking, completed, and made by whoever is writing. Otherwise it is refused.
- Each client writes only one review per studio.
- You are notified of every review that arrives.
- You can reply in public to any of them.
And if a review is not about the work, you can challenge it. The request goes to an administrator: if it is accepted the review is deleted, and if it is refused you get the reason in writing. Reviews from demo accounts never reach the public numbers.

Automatic review requests: how it works
On the Advanced plan, detailmasters asks for the review on your behalf, 48 hours after the booking is completed.
- A client with an account gets an email and a notification, and reviews from their dashboard. The email only goes to clients who gave marketing consent.
- A direct client with no account gets an invitation to create one and review.
Whoever reviews after the request gets a coupon: 50% off the reservation fee on their next five bookings with you, for about six months. The discount comes off the platform's fee, and your price stays the same.
What reviews change on detailmasters
In the studio listing the order is this: plan, reach, number of reviews, age of the account.
The star average appears on the studio card and plays no part in the order. A studio on 4.6 with thirty reviews sits ahead of one on 5.0 with three.
Of the four, the number of reviews is the only one earned by working: the plan is bought, the reach is geography, the age is the calendar.

One review per client. It's the number that counts.
