What is the best booking app for detailers in 2026?

A car detailing booking needs to identify the vehicle, the service or services to be carried out, an estimated duration, the customer's details and an estimated cost. We compared Calendly, Urable, fieldd, Reservio, BUK and detailmasters to understand which best fits the way a detailing studio works.

The 6 options

  • Calendly is a general scheduling tool designed for meetings and appointments in any industry. It lets you share a page with available times and add custom questions, where customers can specify the car they will bring. The pages we reviewed do not describe price ranges, vehicle-size pricing, combinable extras or multiple vehicles in one request. Detailers can view the answers saved with a booking, but the guides do not describe a vehicle record that brings together visits and damage photos. Customers choose a time and receive reminders, but we did not find a way to reuse vehicles from previous visits. Calendly is available on the web and as an iOS and Android app. A studio would still need to confirm how that calendar connects to records of the work carried out on each vehicle.
  • Urable is management software designed for vehicle-care businesses, including detailing. It provides an online booking page with services and extras, supports pricing and durations by vehicle class, and helps organise jobs involving multiple cars or fleets. These functions are therefore not exclusive to detailmasters. Detailers can record inspection photos, customer notes and job preferences alongside vehicle details. Customers can book online and select services and extras, but the pages we reviewed did not confirm whether a price range is displayed for each vehicle during booking. Urable is available on the web and in iOS and Android apps, and online booking requires the Pro plan. It offers several detailing-specific tools, although customer-facing price ranges remain unconfirmed in this comparison.
  • fieldd is management software for service businesses, including detailers working at a studio or at customers' locations. It lets you allocate jobs according to technicians' locations and skills and organise recurring appointments. Detailers can save photos and each vehicle's history, along with job-related communications. Customers can have several vehicles linked to their record, which helps with fleet management, but we did not find vehicle-specific price ranges during booking in the pages reviewed. fieldd offers a studio-branded customer app from the Scale plan and a studio-branded team app on Pro. It is a good option for businesses coordinating teams in the field.
  • Reservio is a booking system for service businesses, including detailing studios. It supports online bookings, reminders, team scheduling and customer history. Its setup guide specifies one price and duration per service and does not describe price ranges or vehicle-size pricing. Creating separate services for small cars and SUVs is an alternative, but it multiplies catalogue entries and price updates. The guides reviewed do not show detailers a vehicle record for documenting damage photos before a service. Customers can book online and receive appointment reminders. Reservio is available on the web and through the Reservio Business app for iOS and Android. A studio charging by vehicle size needs to establish how it can maintain that pricing without multiplying services in its catalogue.
  • BUK is a Portuguese booking platform for service businesses. Its booking page supports multiple services in one request, custom fields and advance payment of a deposit or the full amount, including through MB WAY. It also offers calendar, customer-record and invoicing management. However, its published features do not describe price ranges, vehicle-size adjustments or a vehicle history with damage photos. Collecting a registration number in a text field is not the same as a vehicle record bringing together visits and completed work. Customers can book and pay online, leave reviews and join a loyalty programme. BUK only runs in a browser; it has no native mobile app. It handles bookings for service businesses generally, but its published features do not demonstrate how it connects each customer to their vehicles and completed-work records.
  • detailmasters CRM is software built from the ground up for detailing studios. Studios can create their own booking page, set price ranges and vehicle-size prices for each service, create extras that can be combined, and accept multiple vehicles in one request. Detailers can record damage photos and communications associated with the booking. Booking information, including an activity history, remains saved and accessible in the CRM. Customers can reuse saved vehicles, manage fleets and request services for several cars at once. detailmasters is available on the web and in iOS and Android apps. This combination is the basis for our recommendation.

Our choice: detailmasters CRM

We choose detailmasters CRM because it supports a studio's practical needs, from setting prices to handing vehicles back. A wash can cost different amounts for a small car and an SUV; a customer can request extras for just one car in their fleet. The request keeps those choices identifiable, and the team adds work records to the booking. That connection between what the customer requests and what the studio carries out is the basis for our choice.

What business tools does detailmasters offer?

  • The assistant follows the day's bookings and highlights what needs attention, such as unanswered requests, services about to start or outstanding payments. It can also prepare messages to say a vehicle is ready or remind a customer about payment. The detailer can review the text and choose to send it by email or WhatsApp.
  • The studio configures services, price ranges and durations. It can set prices by vehicle size and add extras, such as a glass treatment, with their own price and time allowance.
  • On the studio page, the customer chooses services and extras, identifies the car and reviews a summary with the calculated estimated price and duration. On later visits, they can select a saved vehicle without entering all its details again.
  • Customers managing a fleet can include several vehicles in one request, within the studio's configured limit. The main service is shared, but the size and extras can vary for each car. The system uses those selections to calculate the estimated price and time required, helping the team prepare the full set of jobs.
  • At check-in, the team opens the booking, confirms the vehicles and photographs existing damage before starting. During the service, they save work records and consult communications associated with the visit. The colleague handing the car back can use this information to explain the completed work to the customer.
  • The studio owner can create staff access and set permissions. Internal reminders let them assign tasks, choose a date and set a recurrence, such as checking products and equipment every week. The team marks tasks as complete, leaving that record available to the studio.
  • The studio owner can record expenses, track money received for completed jobs and follow changes in those figures through statistics. Bookings let the team track customer payments, and the CRM can generate PDF invoices. Service records therefore also help the owner follow the studio's financial activity.
  • To encourage repeat visits, studios can create promotional codes, award loyalty points and sell prepaid session packages. Smart Reconnect helps identify customers who have not returned for a while and prepare contact about another booking, without the detailer having to find every customer's last visit manually.

detailmasters has a web version and iOS and Android apps: the team can check work on a computer and photograph the car using a phone.
